I am graduated with honors in 2021 from the Protégé School and is in good standing with the CMTO. I love helping people and I’m passionate about giving the best care possible to each client, by providing a deep understanding and knowledge of treatment and injury prevention. I can also help clients achieve their goals for treatment by providing homecare such as stretches, strengthening, hydrotherapy and self-care. I blend Eastern and Western techniques in massages: Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Remedial Exercise are just a few of the styles I’ve studied.
I will be continuously seeking beneficial courses and opportunities to help expand my knowledge so I can provide the most suitable treatment to each of my clients.
When I am not at the clinic you can find me enjoying time with my family and friends, keeping myself physically and emotionally active by working out, reading, and spending time with my cats
