Laura Sara, RMT, Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy
Laura loves the outdoors and volunteering at the local library. She lives a healthy lifestyle and helps others to do the same. She graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy Program at Bryan College.
Laura's clients can attest to her skills in relaxation and deep tissue massage incorporating myofascial release techniques to treat skeletal muscle immobility and chronic pain in the tissues.
In addition to massage therapy, Laura uses acupuncture and cupping to assist in treating her clients' needs. She is passionate about continuing her learning in medicine and looks forward to a lifelong study of this subject.
Markus Ottonen, RMT
Markus is an RMT and Physiotherapy Assistant who offers skills in both hands-on therapy and home care. He thoroughly enjoys making a difference in his community and is always willing to help in any way he can. As an avid mountain biker, he enjoys taking the time to balance both exercise and time to appreciate nature.
He specializes in deep tissue massage and improving his clients' range of motion with both stretching and home care.
Alicia Sone, RMT,
Alicia has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2017. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College. She incorporates various techniques into her massage treatments such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She specializes in deep tissue massage and loves working with prenatal clients. Alicia finds joy in her work by helping others to reduce their pain and creating treatments that are catered towards each and every client.
Carol Barbato, RMT
Carol graduated from UOIT with a Bachelor in Physical & Health Education. She believes that through regular massage therapy treatment, one can alleviate pain, improve posture and increase an overall sense of well-being.
Carol provides a treatment plan specifically geared for her clients, including knowledge of their present condition, tailored stretching and home care to continue the path to success.
Melanie Barret, RMT
Melanie has always been interested in the mind-body connection and how physical, mental and emotional stressors affect our body and health. Committed to life long learning Melanie has completed various post graduate courses and has worked in diverse practice settings further enhancing her strong clinical skills. Whether you are seeking treatment for a specific injury or condition or just want to de stress with a relaxation massage, her extensive experience enables her to tailor each treatment to suit your individual needs and goals.
Cherie Griffiths- Registered Reflexologist
Cherie has been a dedicated Reflexology Therapist since 2006, with advanced studies in Cranio Sacral Reflexology, Stone Reflexology, and as an Acupressure Therapist, also incorporates acupressure points along the meridians in sessions that follow the general principles of Traditional Chinese medical theory. She has been working with clients in the healing arts to address deep rooted stress, anxiety and specializes in the healing powers of nature and empowerment of the body, mind, spirit.
Cherie has also studied and taught the Bach Flower Essences, is a former RMT, and continues with studies in Holistic Nutrition, and empowerment coaching helping to create the sense of feeling well and vibrant. She is a mom to 4 young adults, loves creating soups, writing, studying and spending time in nature.
Jeffrey Addley, MScO, BSc(Hons), DO(MP), FST
Jeffrey Addley graduated in 2020 from the London College of Osteopathy and Health Sciences with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice and a Masters of Science in Osteopathy. Prior to his studies in Osteopathy, Jeffrey started his career in 2014 as a Massage Therapist, working in various clinical settings, with a special interest in sports.
Jeffrey uses a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating a range of soft tissue techniques to promote structural symmetry, circulation, and mobility throughout the body.
Lai Yee (Louisa) Ng, R.TCMP & R. Ac
Louisa Ng was born in Hong Kong into a traditional Chinese medical family. Three generations of practitioners had practiced in their own clinics in Fosha and Macau in China for the past 200 years. Louisa feels blessed that she can follow the same path of her family heritage in TCM. She has a deep appreciation for not only medicine, but also philosophy, sociology, anthropology, astronomy, meteorology and ecology. Louisa understands how to treat her patient as an individual with three-dimensional levels, covering all aspects; physical, mental, and spiritual, instead of simply treating a syndrome or symptoms from a case history or a medical record.
Louisa obtained her diploma as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP) at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) in 2016. Since then she has been continuing her study at John and Jenny TCM College, taking advanced programs in Theories of Classical Chinese Medicine as well as an advanced clinical internship from TCM Masters. She is also certified in TCM Cosmetic Acupuncture at OCTCM. Louisa has been practicing as a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP) and Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) since 2019 in the Markham area. Louisa enjoys hiking, swimming and travelling, as well as listening to classical music and jazz.
Guangping(SAM) Song- RMT, Deep Tissue Massage specialist and RMT Acupuncturist
Graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, Sam has years of clinical treatment experience.
He is good at integrating various, effective techniques from different types of massage therapy to effectively treat pain symptoms. He treats; back, neck, shoulders, legs, knee discomfort and headaches everyday. He is continuously educating himself on new techniques to be sure he can provide the best solution for any client's concerns. This approach to education and growth has shown to enhance the benefits from a treatment with Sam. His motto is help clients heal faster and stay pain free for longer.

Ruth Z Bolchim, RMT
Ruth graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2016. She is passionate about massage therapy and helping people. Ruth’s experience is extensive and includes treating individuals with back pain, jaw pain including temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD), and tingling and numbness in the hands. Her practice frequently concerns persistent/chronic pain and symptom management for those affected by fibromyalgia, cancer (including chemo and radiation therapy), Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, motor vehicle accidents and other injuries, as well other musculoskeletal issues.Ruth approaches include: General Swedish Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Myo-fascial Techniques, Scar Tissue Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Dermoneuromodulation (DNM), Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Reiki.
Tarah Campbell, RMT
Tarah graduated in 2016, from Medix College, Top of her class.
Licensed RMT Since 2018.
Tarah is a mom of two wonderful children. She loves camping, fishing, the outdoors, road trips and horticulture. She enjoys living a clean & natural lifestyle and is passionate about the profession, learning new skills and helping people meet their bodies needs, facilitate healing and increase well-being.
She was first introduced to massage when she took a baby massage class with her daughter in 2008 and was intrigued with her daughters response. Over the next few years, Tarah massaged friends and family intuitively when they said they had pain. Tarah was always told she had the touch and always helped them feel better. This is what sent her off to school to study Massage and all its incredible benefits for wellness.

Capable of adjusting treatment styles from light to deep pressure in order to accommodate a vast range of clients needs/wants. General Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cold stone, sports massage and pediatric care are her specialties.
Tarah always goes the extra mile by making slight accommodations and modifications to provide utmost client care and comfort.
"My mission is to help you heal. I want my clients to leave their session feeling better, but my priority is overall health. I will provide suggestions and provide clients ways to help themselves in between treatments."
