Unfortunately due to an increase in client no-show and late cancellation appointments, we have had to update our cancellation policy.

 

Going forward, for all new clients and any clients who have had a no-show in the past, we will require a credit card on file to book an appointment.

 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another patient.

 

As such, we require 24 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. The first time it happens it is 50% of the service fee. Second occurrence is 100% of the appointment fee. Any additional late cancellations will be charged at 100%.
